The theme of the 5th edition of the HR Arena conference was “Innovation – Inspiration – Interaction.” Therefore, our special task experts could not be missing from the lineup of speakers!

During the plenary session, Sabina Kornblit and Paulina Król-Książka presented a case study from a recruiter’s life, showcasing the importance of communication between all parties involved in the recruitment process. They also shared tips with attendees on how to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and candidates to successfully close every recruitment process. Participants left the session not only equipped with practical knowledge but also in excellent spirits. We appreciate the feedback from attendees, who found the presentation highly valuable.

But it wasn’t just the presentation that received an enthusiastic response. Our company booth was also a hit, with the Kornblit Team hosting activities such as recruitment bingo. The interest in the game exceeded our expectations!
