In the following document, detailed rules are described within three key areas: employees and organizational culture; transparent business practices; and social responsibility:

Kornblit & Partners Code of Ethics

We recognize the broader impact our work may have on candidates and our clients. Therefore, we conduct our business with these interests in mind. This document serves as a compass, guiding us to work diligently, professionally, and objectively.

We operate our business based on transparency standards and in compliance with applicable laws. As a recruitment company, we uphold the highest quality standards in our work and establish clear rules of cooperation with clients and partners. Our actions are guided by professional ethics, founded on three core values: respect, integrity, and professionalism. We are convinced that by working in accordance with these values, we can successfully implement our strategy and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.

As a recruitment company, we place particular emphasis on promoting equality and inclusivity in employment. We are committed to actions that support equal treatment and diversity in the workplace. As part of our CSR initiatives, we run the educational project Kornblit Talks – a series of original interviews. Our goal is for Kornblit Talks to serve as a source of inspiration for individuals and organizations alike. We invite experts from the worlds of business and academia to these discussions, who share their knowledge and experiences regarding best practices in talent management within organizations: from talent acquisition and development strategies, through responsible leadership, to the professional activation of older individuals.
